BOARDING INFORMATION

Things for you to know about Magnolia Hills:

We have 100+ horses of our own on the 'Hill'. While we don't concentrate on just one discipline or breed, ALL breeds and disciplines are welcome here. Our main disciplines are Hunting, Three Day Eventing, Western and now racing! We treat all horses, despite their temperament, like they are our own. We give our horses love and companionship and will do the same with your horses.

FEED
We purchase all of our feed from Bilt Equine Feed. Please take a few minutes and visit their site and make your choices. Once that has been done, let me know one way or the other if you will purchase your feed or if we need to do it.

Facilities
All boarders are more than welcome to use any of our facilities as long as you respect the property. My request is simple. If our trainers are working with a horse, please give them privacy. Other horses present during training, will sometimes distract the horse that they are working with.

Hosting Shows
Feel free to host shows in one of our many show facilities. Use of these facilities is free to Magnolia Hills boarders and mini-barn owners. We do host a lot of shows on the farm, so be sure to contact AMY for availability.

Stalls- All stalls except for the Broodmare stalls, there are 5 of them, are 14 X 14. Stallions and Geldings are housed together while the mares and youngsters get their own barn.

IT IS MANDATORY that all horses are scheduled for Veterinary appointments every 6 months and Farrier appointments every 3 months.
-MH offers 24 hour monitoring by barn staff.
-Veterinarian and Farrier on site and available for emergencies, should they arise.
-Available staff for anything the boarder may need to make their time at Magnolia Hills the most memorable.

These are our boarding plans we offer. THEY ARE PER HORSE! You can still only own up to 20 horses while at boarding status. 5 of them you get to create.

· Your boarding fees must be current in order to be considered for a Mini-Barn on our property.
· You are only allowed to have your personal horses in your facility. This means you may not have your own boarders while you own your mini-barn.
